Developing a strategic Marketing Action Plan, with a strategy to implement that plan, will drive growth in any business, in any industry.

This workshop will be focused on attracting and retaining clients through the development of a strategic sales and marketing plan, and strategies, tactics, tools, resources and technology to aid in the implementation of the plan.

During the course we will cover a wide variety of different sales and marketing activities and participants will determine which are the right fit for their business situation.

  • Identifying the “Unique Selling Proposition
  • Creating Compelling Marketing Messages
  • Developing a sales and marketing plan
  • Showing up in person – Being strategic about where face to face time is spent
  • Showing up online –  Creating a strategic and manageable plan of where to invest resources online.
  • Making your contacts count
  • Speaking – participants will learn how speaking can help them gain an expert reputation and clients
  • Writing – we’ll cover how developing content through writing (blogs, articles, ebooks, social media, etc) will increase exposure with clients and potential clients
  • Customer Touch Points – every contact a potential client or client has with a business is a marketing and experiential opportunity
  • Tools & Resources – we’ll cover a wide variety of different free and/or affordable online tools and resources that can help small business owners create content, manage workflow systems, automate processes and in general
